1. Comments the concept of evidential fact and fact needs not to be proved.
2. Define confession. Examine the different between confession and admission.
3. Explain the meaning, nature and kinds of evidence.
4. Explain the facts and the ratio enumerated by the supreme court in the case". His Majesty's Government of Nepal Vs. Diwakar Pandit" NKP. 2060, Vol. No. 1 and 2, p. 64.
5. Write short notes on any THREE of the following:
a. Preponderance of evidence in civil cases
b. Burden of proof in narcotics drugs law.
c. Statement by persons of special conditions
d. Relevant issue
e. Principle of estoppels
