1. Patent, Design and Trademark are the major elements of intellectual property rights. Judiciary has given verdicts on several cases for the protection of intellectual property. Discuss the contributions made by Supreme Court of Nepal.
2. The Budapest Convention, 2001 is an effective template for developing international cooperation in the field of cybercrime. In Nepal, cybercrimes are criminalized by Electronic Transaction Act, 2063. Discuss the similarities and differences between European Convention on Cybercrime, 2001 and Electronic Transaction Act, 2063.
3. How are data privacy, banking privacy and diverse payment method on risk in age of e-commerce? Discuss the initiation of Nepalese parliament for the protection of e-commerce.
4. How are propriety rights violated by cyber criminal activities? Discuss.
