1. What do you mean by free consent? What are the factors affecting free consent while creating a contract between the parties. Discuss the factors affecting free consent and mention their consequences.
2. What do you mean "doctrine of supervening impossibility"? Discuss the conditions under which doctrine of supervening impossibility applies and does not apply.
3. Who is surety? Discuss the conditions under the surety discharges from the liability.
4. Define ship carriage. What is contract of affreightment and their classes and clauses contain in such classes.
5. What is arbitration? Discuss the essential elements of arbitration. Why is arbitration important for setting disputes through amicable matter?
6. Discuss the judicial principle enuciated by the Supreme Court of Nepal in the case of Prithivi Bahadur Maharjan Vs. Birate Bahadur Khadka (D. No. 7874, NKP 2064 Vol 8. P. 1100)
7. Write short notes on any THREE of the followings:
